Westcountry Surf School, a family-run surf school in Watergate Bay, Newquay, was founded by siblings Joel and Naomi. They offer surf lessons for all ages and skill levels, keeping class sizes small with a maximum of six students per instructor for a more personalized experience. Their expert instructors, who are also trained lifeguards, focus on both safety and fun, ensuring an enjoyable time in the water.

Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced surfer, Westcountry Surf School tuition offers a very high level of professional and personal coaching to ensure you get the best surfing experience possible.

Half-day surf lessons last for 2 hours and all equipment is included. All ages and levels of experience are catered for with lessons usually taught in small groups. This will give you the perfect opportunity to give surfing a go for the very first time, or brush up on your skills if you already have some surfing experience. You’ll be surprised at just how much you can achieve in this short space of time! These group lessons are a fun and effective way to learn and improve.
