Always swim between the red and yellow flags, as this area is actively patrolled by lifeguards.
Avoid swimming alone.
If you encounter difficulties in the water, raise your hand and shout for assistance.
In emergencies, refrain from attempting a rescue yourself. Instead, alert a lifeguard or call 999 or 112 and request the coastguard.
