We offer a great choice of one, two and three-bedroom properties with some dog friendly options too. Most of our accommodation is in north Cornwall situated in Porth, Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and St Merryn but we also have cottages in the quiet Luxulyan Valley area in south Cornwall.

Early bookers get the most choice and some school holiday dates are already very tight. You can secure the dates of your choice with a deposit of £220 per week or part thereof.
With the continued energy crisis, prices are under constant review and we flex our prices according to market conditions. We expect to increase our prices in the coming weeks but we are delaying this as long as possible. We like to give our best prices to our early booking guests who book direct with us.
To take advantage of our lowest prices, consider staying 7 nights or more where savings are up to 29% cheaper (when comparing the book direct nightly rate of a short break versus a longer stay holiday).
