As the November nights draw in there’s plenty of traditional half term fun followed by a firework display before the excitement of the festive season begins.

Ice Skating at Eden
The ice rink is decorated for the winter season. Skate hire and penguin skate aids available. Prices from £3 to £6 per 40 minute session plus a valid entry ticket to the Eden Project.

Cathedral City Markets Christmas Market
Food, drinks, art and craft stalls with a theme of “A White Christmas’ at Lemon Quay, Truro.
14 November
St Austell Torchlight Carnival
Live music, entertainment, stalls and food with a 6pm procession through the town.
18 November
Truro City of Lights
A spectacular parade of art, music and dance with paper lanterns from Falmouth Road through to St George’s Road in Truro from 7pm.
20 November
Fish Curry Night
Special supper night at The Beach Hut, Watergate Bay.
28 November
Fifteen Cornwall Winter Food Fayre
The best fayre from Cornwall’s artisan producers are on sale at the Farmers’ Market in the car park at Watergate Bay.
