Book Early for Cornwall in 2014

Last summer many regular clients left it until the last minute before booking peak dates and ended up disappointed when we couldn’t accommodate them. In the media it was reported that Cornwall was officially full for the six week school holidays!

With the settled period of stunning weather that blessed us last summer, combined with an eagerness for guests to book early to be sure of their chosen property on their selected dates for 2014, surprisingly some dates are already full at our most popular properties.

We would suggest that if you are not flexible with dates or if you are not flexible with your accommodation then it really is best to book early to be sure of the property you want. It might sound like a sales cliché but in this case it is true, especially for the busy periods of the school holidays. As an example, our only 3-bedroom villa at Porth Veor has just 5 nights available between 19 July and 31 August 2014!

A deposit of £150 per unit will secure any self-catering property and the balance is not due until one calendar month prior to arrival.

So don’t leave it too late – book early instead and avoid disappointment!
